Yes! Along with helping you find your family home, our sales agents are also experts in finding vacation rental houses. We know exactly what to look for when picking out your rental property.

With our insurance, along with protection given by other listing platforms (AirBNB/VRBO), we can handle almost any damage done by guests. With proper documentation, we follow up with guests and booking platforms to help you repair your items or home. Often, guests easily pay for a replacement, without having to file a claim. However, if we do need to file a claim for reimbursement, we take care of that for you.

We provide full-service management for your property. Our goal is to have your property running as efficiently and smoothly as possible so that it makes the greatest return for you. With dynamic pricing, knowledge of the market, rental software and advertising, our properties make you more money. Primarily though, we save you money by saving you time. Managing rental property can be time consuming. Calls inevitably come on Holidays or when you are out of pocket. We are always here to take care of those calls.

Each month you are sent a report called an “Owner’s Statement”. This shows every transaction related to your property for the previous period. In addition to an owners statement, you have access to a number of other reports upon request including rent-rolls, P&L statements, month over month P&L’s and much more.

We use social media, plus a long list of other advertising partners including apartments.com and Google SEO to advertise all vacancies. Our houses typically don’t stay vacant for long!
